How to Buy on CSA Nigeria (Expand)
- 01Once every other of our business transaction terms and conditions are met by the sellers and the buyers concerning the acquisition of vehicle(s) through CSA Nigeria, we proceed to payment. CSA Nigeria does not engage in online monetary transactions (internet payments) at this moment, but we accept: 1. POS Transactions 2. Mobile Transfers and 3. Bank Payments transactions. We work closely with banks and accountants, making it easier and effortless for transfers and payments of money into the company’s account via the above mentioned methods and our clients have absolutely nothing to worry about, seeing that we have prepared adequate security around transactions in CSA Nigeria. Payments on CSA Nigeria are for auto sales, reservations, advertisements, and top page ranking. NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT PHYSICAL CASH, ALL TRANSACTION ON CSA NIGERIA ARE CONDUCTED THROUGH THE BANKS OR THROUGH WIRELESS TRANSFERS.
- 02These cash out conditions applies to buyers and seller alike. When a proper agreement is reached between CSA Nigeria and a prospective buyer over a particular vehicle(s), and the buyer desires to pay up, we would arrange a day for the buyer to physically come to CSA Nigeria office branch to verify the car in question. This would require the seller to drive the vehicle down to CSA Nigeria branch office on the chosen day. After this is done and the buyer is satisfied with the vehicle then, CSA Nigeria will arrange for a day or time where the three parties (CSA Nigeria, the Seller and the Buyer) will meet for payment and sign-over of the documents. This will be communicated by CSA Nigeria to both the buyer and the seller. At this junction, the buyer pays in the stipulated vehicle price into CSA Nigeria Official Account (either through transfer or bank payment) for safe keeping. Then, the signing over or transfer of ownership of the vehicle documents are performed between CSA Nigeria, the buyer and the seller. CSA Nigeria gives a one-day window period to the buyer to verify his/her newly bought vehicle before we transfer the vehicle proceeds to the seller. The seller will receive their vehicle proceeds minus CSA Nigeria’s percentage agency fee. Once the money is transferred to the seller, there will be no returns. We have decided to make all our transactions procedures clear for the sake of transparency and accountability in all our operations. We advise all our clients to do the same; buyers and sellers alike.
- 03We do not charge sellers any outstanding fees, but we first of all evaluate the car(s) the prospective seller has requested to sell on CSA Nigeria to ascertain the possible market value. For instance, if a seller desire to sell a Fairly Used 2008 Toyota Yaris Sedan, the questions will be: When was it bought, what’s the mileage, what’s the current prize in the market, has it gone through any major repairs, is it missing any vital part(s)etc. We then take all the answers to the questions above into cognizance to ascertain a suggestive price range for the prospective seller. This we do; to make sure the owner or seller does not over-amount the price of the car, so that it will actually sell faster. Some sellers never assess the real value of their fairly used cars before requesting for it to be sold, therefore, its paramount that we value for them and then suggest a proper prize range before it is posted on CSA Nigeria. CSA NIGERIA DEALERSHIP PERCENTAGE: When a car is sold through CSA Nigeria, we are entitled to 5% (Five Percent) of the overall prize of the vehicle as the official sales agency company. This 5% is for Fairly Used Cars only. For New Cars, we are entitled to 3% (three Percent) of the overall car prize. These are the only agency charge CSA Nigeria conducts itself with. NOTE: Free Shipping does not apply to New Cars in CSA Nigeria. Any seller who desires for CSA Nigeria to ship (transport) their sold vehicles to their chosen destination; will be charged for shipment accordingly.
- 04CSA NIGERIA can arrange for any sold vehicle through our platform to be transported according to the current price rate of the Currier service industry that we work with at that moment. When a buyer desires to have the vehicles they have purchased transported to their chosen destination, we will bill then accordingly. This arrangement usually comprises of an expert driver and security personnel. The expenses incurred is the sole responsibility of the buyer, except on occasions where CSA Nigeria is running a free shipment promoting package.

All negotiations with the prospective buyers are performed on top of the added 15%. When the vehicle is sold, the owner of the vehicle will receive their N2Million intact. CSA Nigeria on the other hand, will receive their added negotiated percentage as gain; whatever the amount is. Free shipping does not apply to new cars in CSA Nigeria. Anyone who desires for CSA Nigeria to ship (transport) their sold vehicles to their chosen destination; will be charged for shipment accordingly. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=syYtOmaJUxg

- 05As we maintain transparency and accountability, we would require all our clients to do the same. Every seller (owner) in CSA Nigeria will be required to abide by these simple rules or responsibilities for an easy and efficient business transaction on CSA Nigeria. SELLERS (OWNERS) MUST: • Provide authentic Verification Document or Identity for any vehicle they desire to sell through CSA Nigeria, according to our ownership and verification terms. • Sellers (owners) must be transparent and honest concerning the entire known conditions of their vehicles. Any condition(s) of the vehicle that is not favourable to the buyer MUST be ascertained by us before hand-over, therefore, sellers (owners) must be willing to reveal all such unfavourable conditions during the time of request. This is very well needed to avoid cancellation of deals at the time of verification and hand-over. • Sellers (owners) must not and should not over-place the price of their vehicles, if they want it to sell faster on our platform. We are vast in vehicle evaluation and very knowledgeable in pricing standards, therefore, it will be a waste of time to do this. Cars, especially fairly-used cars that have been used for a time has depreciated in value, causing its standard to drop. Moreover, it will take a lot of time before it can sell and we do not want that. • Sellers (owners)MUST be willing to give us the periodic update of every vehicle they have posted on CSA Nigeria; as to their condition and whether it has been sold elsewhere, so that we can remove it from our website or update the conditions as the case may be. We go the extra miles to update our database, so it’s very paramount that our sellers update us regularly with correct information concerning their vehicles on our website in as is basis. However, CSA Nigeria gives a one-working-day (1 day) window period for the return of money or vehicle(s). Before we initiate the return protocol on CSA Nigeria, we make sure that the conditions for such returns are met both by the seller (owner) and the buyer. Returns will only be over strong reasons; like in the case of a stolen property, false documents, major unknown auto issues with proof and any form of fraudulent activities.
